Assessment of Your Lawn’s Needs
We start by evaluating your lawn’s condition, including soil type, grass species, and existing issues like weeds or bare patches. This helps us choose the right fertilizer and application plan for your lawn.

Soil Testing
A soil test is conducted to determine pH levels and nutrient deficiencies. This ensures we apply the right balance of nutrients for optimal growth. This is test pre determined prior to application, by qualified insitutions such as The Nebraska Extension office.

Choosing the Right Fertilizer
Based on the assessment, we select a fertilizer tailored to your lawn’s specific needs (e.g., nitrogen-rich for growth, phosphorus for root strength, or potassium for overall health).

Preparation of the Lawn
Before application, the lawn is prepared by moving any plants and or sensitive flowers that are movable out of the way. We acknowledge how important their garden is to them, doing so we keep a safe distance away from sensitive plants and flowers to not affect them from our chemical applications.

Cautions and Procedures
We recommended to keep pets off of lawn for at least an hour. Granular products it is safe after application however we ask to take time in the instance we spot spray for weeds to allow the chemical to dry. After chemical application we leave a yard sign in the corner of your property that is easily visible letting our customers know that we where there, this includes a time stamp as well as a date of the application.
